QUINTESSE - BLANC DE BLANC

Our “QUINTESSE Blanc de Blanc’ sparkling is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is defined by its elegant floral flavours and fine bubbles, as found in the world’s leading champagnes. Brimming with green apple and pear aromas, along with toasty yeasty notes. Our specialised winemaking method delivers fuller richer flavours and complexity.
To create this wonderful Blanc de Blanc we use juice from fruit that’s been allowed to sit on the skins for an extra day before beginning its eco multi-flora fermenting period. Afterwards we allow a small amount of the wine to mature with oak for two months and we also allow part of the wine to undergo Malolactic fermentation.
